Ovie has his undergraduate degree from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria in Applied Geophysics and post graduate from Indiana University in Public Policy and Environment.

Ovie Mukoro is an Environmental Consultant with over 20 years of project development, supervision and managment in ground water contamination, waste management and public policy development experience. He has acquired valuable experiences in international development, construction and founded a waste management consulting company.

Over the years, he has conducted detailed compliance evaluation inspections for the purpose of achieving regulatory, business and environmental goals, using a strong working knowledge of applicable regulatory programs and guidelines. Ovie also has very strong and rewarding experiences in building and coordinating stakeholders' partnership efforts, and carrying out effective public outreach, staff training, health, safety and environment policy operation.
