Patience Ndidi Key is a Health Professional, Scrum Professional, an Enterpreneur, and a Humanitarian. She is the Chairman Board of Directors (BOD), Nigerians in Diaspora Organization Americas ( NIDOA) USA and the President of NIDOA Maryland Chapter.
She is the Co-owner of Divine Home Healthcare LLC. She is the Founder and CEO of P-Key Health Solutions and a Non-profit, Patience Key Foundation. She employs and manages staffs for direct patient care, private setting and hospital setting. She facilitates, motivates and provide encouragement to teams for better creativity and improves the efficiency of development teams using Agile methodology.
She is in Public Health with focus on Environmental Health, Epidemiology, and Social Behavior.
She has history of successes spearheading enterprise operations, applying business and system acuity, leadership talent and regulatory compliance in creating operational center of excellence. She is drawn to charitable organizations and strongly committed to the education and empowerment of Nigerians specifically, with the believe that charity begins at home. She is a focus and passionate leader, effectively committed to community and national engagements, dedicated to promoting interpersonal development, and a strong believer that the unification of the Nigerian people is key to nation building.
Her life skills and career competency are matched with a Master of Public Health Walden University, USA, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Coppin State University, Baltimore USA, a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Regional Planning from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Edo State Nigeria. Certified Scrum Master and Agile Project Management.
She has worked with Johns Hopkins Hospital, Sinai Hospital, Maryland General Hospital, and Genesis Healthcare.
